Startup425 – Offers free one-on-one technical business assistance and resources to Eastside small businesses, including help with navigating city, state, federal, and private economic relief programs related to COVID-19. Resources and assistance are available in multiple languages.
SavingLocalKC – This new marketing program helps gather and highlight deal offers by entertainment, restaurant, retail, event and other business-types severely affected by COVID-19 public health guidelines. There is no fee for businesses in King County to participate.
Facebook – Established a Small Business Grants Program to assist businesses in addressing the impacts of COVID-19. These grants will include both cash grants and credits.
Amazon – The Neighborhood Small Business Relief Fund provides assistance for businesses with a physical proximity near Amazon campuses in South Lake Union and Bellevue.
Seattle Foundation – Has established a COVID-19 Response Fund, which will initially assist nonprofit organizations that work with communities disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 and its consequences.
City of Seattle – The city’s Small Business Stabilization Fund supports small businesses financially impacted by COVID-19. The City of Seattle committed $2.5 million in Federal Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) to the Small Business Stabilization Fund.
All in Seattle – Funding for proven nonprofits that can deliver it to those most in need.
Cultural Relief Fund – As closures, cancellations, and loss of work due to COVID-19 impact the King County cultural sector, The Cultural Relief Fund will distribute $1 million over the coming months. Application Deadline: May 15, 2020.
Seattle Public Library – The library’s Business Information Appointment service currently offers support via Webex or over the phone to answer questions about COVID-19 financial relief programs, explore new business ideas and offer assistance to nonprofits with remote access to grant-searching databases.

Everett Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (Everett CARES) Grant program will allocate $500,000 of Everett CARES funds for small business recovery efforts and $500,000 for supporting nonprofits and community service programs that provide basic needs to the city’s most vulnerable residents.
Edmonds Chamber Foundation – The WISH Fund (When Inconvenient Stuff Happens) helps small businesses get back on their feet after an unexpected disaster. Business-to-Business support grants of up to $1,000 will be awarded to qualified applicants through the WISH Fund.
City of Everett – The Everett Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (Everett CARES) Grant Program supports small businesses and nonprofits impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The program will allocate $500,000 of the Everett CARES funds for small business recovery and re-engagement efforts and $500,000 for bolstering community service programs that provide basic needs to Everett’s most vulnerable residents.

Business Resilience Loan Program – The City of Spokane is providing eligible Spokane businesses with access to affordable loans through a partnership with non-bank community lender Craft3. Due to credit requirements, not every business will receive a loan. Loans can be between $10,000 and $50,000.
